At Homestead Resort, we strive to provide exceptional guest experiences and are looking for a courteous and professional Bellman to join our team. As a Bellman at Homestead Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the property and its amenities, and offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage handling, and escort them to their rooms or vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering guests' questions, offering information about the property, and assisting with their requests.
Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of safety and courtesy.
Assist with the delivery of packages and other guest items to their rooms as needed.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and their belongings, reporting any suspicious activity or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Keep the lobby and entrance areas clean and organized, including arranging furniture and ensuring a presentable appearance at all times.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and address any guest concerns promptly.
Stay informed about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to assist guests with recommendations and reservations.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions is a plus.
- Valid driver's license

Dating back to 1886, the Homestead Resort & Golf Club is a historical and unique hotel with years of history in the making. The resort includes a golf course, 127 guest rooms and suites, and a crater that is 65 feet deep and naturally filled with mineral water that continuously flows at 96 degrees year round. This crater has become a very well known attraction around the world and is a top spot for taking a mineral water soak, doing paddle board yoga or scuba dive certification.
The entire resort is undergoing a rebranding and renovation of all guest rooms, food outlets, golf course, landscape, pools, spa and much more, and the excitement is palpable. Working with our team allows for great experience today in an ever changing environment with the rebranding and renovation, and will be followed by a consistently beautiful resort with all new amenities that will be one of the top resorts for a guest to visit.
