• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage during arrivals and departures
• Provide clear directions, hotel information, and local recommendations
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities and features
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and bell area
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
• Support front desk and concierge teams as needed

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable with a professional appearance
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
