- Manage all concierge services for Powder Haven, Powder Mountain’s private community.
- Oversee the overall success of the concierge program including promotion, gathering feedback, and creating solutions for improvement.
- Hire, train, schedule, guide, review, and manage career growth and discipline of the concierge team.
- Manage the concierge department’s budget and proposals.
- Analyze data, create performance reports, and present findings to upper management.
- Bring creativity to the role to keep the Powder Haven experience unique.
- Act as an ambassador for the Powder Haven Membership and Real Estate departments, exemplifying 5‑star customer service.
- Address neighbors’ and guests’ concerns promptly and proactively.
- Mitigate escalated guest requests.
- Lead team meetings, create goal plans, and collaborate with other teams for Powder Haven success.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests (e.g., grocery and mail delivery).
- Respect privacy of Powder Haven members and guests.
- Respond to inquiries within one hour and follow up on completion.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Age 21+.
- Professional interest in real‑estate and concierge services.
- 3–5 years’ experience leading in a guest‑facing hospitality role.
- Polished, professional appearance.

- Clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Flexible work schedule (weekdays, weekends, holidays, nights).
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
