Job Summary

The Part‑Time Concierge Agent provides personalized guest assistance during peak periods and high‑demand shifts. This role focuses on guest engagement, activity coordination, and service support while maintaining the resort’s elevated hospitality standards. The position is ideal for professionals seeking flexible schedules while delivering exceptional service.

Job Specifications

Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year‑Round / Part‑Time
Pay Rate: $19–$21.50/hr this is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with dining, spa, golf, transportation, and activity reservations
  • Provide local recommendations and resort information
  • Support VIP arrivals and special guest requests
  • Communicate guest needs to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate guest records and service notes
  • Assist front office and bell services during high‑volume periods
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service preferred
