$23‑26 Hourly

Are you a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction? Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, leading a team of dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
  • Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
Qualifications
  • 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
