Job Summary
Beyond Care Therapy is seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with a 19-year-old client in a home and community-based setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, hands-on, and engaging in structured skill-building, independence training, and behavioral support. As an RBT at Beyond Care Therapy, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder reach their full potential using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This is a part-time opportunity with meaningful impact and strong clinical support.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision in home and community settings
- Support skill development, independence, daily living skills, and community participation
- Collaborate with behavior analysts, families, and care teams to support client progress
- Use evidence-based practices to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection
- Active RBT certification
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings, including:
- 40-hour RBT training
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check
- Comfortable working with adolescents and young adults in active settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and environments

- Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
