Overview
The Assistant Clinical Director supports the clinical leadership at a residential treatment center for adolescent girls aged 12–17.
Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and trauma-informed practices.
- Implement treatment plans, monitor documentation and staffing, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in staff supervision and audits.
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Current Utah clinical license or eligibility
- At least 2 years of clinical or residential experience
- Competitive salary ($60,000–$70,000)
