REPORTS TO: Clinical Director
TIME COMMITMENT: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
PAY: $70-80k, opportunity to move to $90k+ within 2 years
STATUS: At-Will Employee, Exempt, FTE: 1.0

DescriptionWe’re seeking a full-time, state-licensed mental health therapist (LMFT, LCSW, CMHC). At Telos, a residential treatment center, you will help adolescents and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, addictions, processing disorders, and executive function issues.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintains a caseload of 4-7 students, conducting individual, family, and group therapy
- Cultivate a working relationship with referral sources
- Manage cases in a weekly treatment team
- Refer and manage cases that are assigned to the Telos step-down program (Anthem House)
- Manage all crisis with each assigned client including potential AWOLs, self-harm, suicidal threats, or any other ‘danger to self’ behaviors
- Completes special assignments as directed by their supervisor

- Therapists (CMHC, ACMHC, LMFT, MFT, LCSW, CSW) will also be trained in family system models, individual therapy models, and group therapy
- Work Location:
One location
- Utah State license
- Masters level or higher
- Professional documentation and charting skills
- Experience in treating youth and young adults
- Comfortable with a team approach
- Willingness to learn Telos systems and approach
- Experience in the residential treatment industry
- Working knowledge of Family Systems Theory
- Special training in working with emotional dysregulation
- Previous experience as a primary therapist
