• Coordinate, train, schedule, and develop nursing staff

• Must possess an active RN license in Oregon
• Prior clinical management and leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care required
• Prior DON experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations related to long-term care and rehab
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
