Responsibilities

We are looking for registered nurses, ready to do in-home assessments, but also to develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our patients. Patient assessments are to be completed in person every 60 days. Your role as a registered nurse is to provide Medicaid with complete and accurate assessments of our client's health and living situations. Providing a narrative of the client with a medical background enables our clients to receive the necessary help they require for a healthy and enjoyable life.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to provide verification of an active RN license
  • Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks
  • TB and drug screening tests
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and automobile insurance

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
