As a Program Staff Member
, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients’ healing journey. You’ll help ensure the safety, structure, and integrity of our residential environment while providing encouragement and therapeutic support. This position is often described as one of the most meaningful and impactful roles on our team — where every day presents opportunities to make a difference.

• Supervise and engage with residential clients, maintaining a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.
• Provide positive role-modeling, mentoring, and emotional support.
• Help guide clients in developing healthier habits and life skills through daily structure, education, and community.
• Support program operations and uphold the standards of a premier, trauma-informed treatment facility.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure continuity of care.

• Must be 21 years or older
  .
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with empathy, patience, and professionalism in emotionally challenging situations.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, and maintain a clean and sober lifestyle.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous experience in behavioral health, recovery, or residential settings is a plus but not required — we provide training and mentorship.
