We are expanding our origination team in Hildale, UT and seeking motivated, positive, results-driven Mortgage Loan Originators. Whether you are seasoned or newly licensed, we provide tools, leads, and support to help you close big.

• Leads Provided:
  Warm live transfers from a dedicated outbound dialer team and access to a massive pre-qualified borrower database.
• High-Volume Closings:

  Licensed in 48 states and service over 70,000 loans, steady source of refinance opportunities.

• Take inbound and outbound calls (including live transfers) to discuss VA and FHA cash-out refinance.
• Consult with borrowers on financial goals and match them with loan solutions.
• Transition qualified leads into applications confidently and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional service from first contact through closing.
• Handle objections and overcome them with a consultative approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage final underwriting and closing conditions.
• Conduct all business with professionalism, ethics, and urgency.

• Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain - we cover the cost).
• At least 1 year of inside sales, phone-based, or telemarketing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to pass criminal and credit background checks.

• Knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan products.
• Experience using Encompass, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Bilingual a plus.
