Operations Research Analyst; Intermediate Cost Analyst Security Clearance

Position: Operations Research Analyst (Intermediate Cost Analyst) with Security Clearance

* We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills for a senior level cost estimator position with an emphasis on construction.

* The position requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience technical cost estimating and analysis with the Air Force, Navy, Army, MDA or comparable Department of Defense (DoD) agency/organization

* Experience on Air Force ACAT I level acquisition program cost analysis.

* Experience supporting ICBM programs or other DoD weapon system; experience with a large, complex nuclear weapons system; or a large, complex very closely related Government weapon system.

* Experience collecting and normalizing cost, technical, and programmatic data from Government and Industry entities. Knowledge of the Defense Cost and Resource Center (DCARC) data collection process and demonstrated experience in use of and analysis of the CSDRs and CPRs. Knowledge of data sources such as DACIMS and/or AFTOC.

* General understanding of design document and various construction trades and building systems.

* Ability to use estimating software that utilizes RS Means Construction Cost Data and other historical databases.

* Ability to analyze data and develop cost estimating methods and tools.

* Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

* A strong working knowledge of Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) suite, @Risk, Crystal Ball or similar parametric and cost risk tools is highly desirable.

* Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required.

* Must be able to work in a team environment

* U.S. Citizenship required

* Successful candidates must possess and/or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and/or Top-Secret clearance, Top Secret Clearance preferred. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
