Elementary School Teacher

• Salary based on the  Certificated Employee Salary Schedule (Minimum Base Salary $60,500)
• 162 day contract August 2026 – May 2027 (4-Day School Week)
• Long-Term Disability/Life Insurance

Full‑time teaching assignment working with students in a K-6 elementary school. Due to the rural setting of the school, successful applicants will be required to teach multiple grades with a willingness to facilitate a project‑based approach to learning. Educators in this rural setting will be an integral part of a collaborative learning community with a growth mindset, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness to students needs including the implementation of differentiated teaching strategies.

Managing student behavior in a manner that optimizes the learning environment and develops student ownership. As a singular educator in an isolated setting, employee will work to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with parents, the community, and administrative staff. Additional duties will include the managing and monitoring of the school building budgets under the direction of the building principal.

Applicant must have a current Utah teaching license or acceptance to ARL, APT or have the ability to obtain a current Elementary Education teaching license as outlined by the guidelines of the Utah State Office of Education. District housing will be provided.
