✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Administrative Assistant at Falcon Ridge Ranch/Lava Heights Academy in Southern, Utah✨
Falcon Ridge Ranch and Lava Heights Academy are residential treatment programs that provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.
Pay
: $20 per hour.

You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment., and 403b match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more!

What you will do: The Administrative Assistant reports to and assists the Education Director, acting as a liaison between the school and the child's parents, school district and placing agency. They function as the onsite registrar and works with the Education Department to provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the scholars. The Administrative Assistant performs new student intake processing, manages all student academic files, attends Treatment Team, and regularly teaches as a substituted to cover teachers on paid time off.
To be considered you should:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in an office environment
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver: possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
