Qualifications
Hold, or be eligible to hold, a Utah Professional Special Education Teaching License with Mild/Moderate Disabilities or Severe endorsements.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnder the general supervision of the School Principal, to maximize the learning experience of students with special needs, in academics, interpersonal skills and activities of daily living by implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities, outcomes; addressing students' specific needs; providing a safe and optimal learning environment.
SalaryPlaced on Licensed Salary Schedule.
Placement DeterminationPlacement is determined by education level and years of experience. Experience credit will be awarded for the first ten (10) years of certified experience in an accredited school.
HousingLow cost teacher housing may be available.
LocationLocation to be determined.
HoursFull time, to begin August 2026.
