- Emergency/Temp Privileges: No
- Shift Type: Days
- PRN Basis: As needed
- Shift Length: TBD
- Half Day: 4 hours or less
- Full Day: 4-8 hours
We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting interview-based exams with some physical assessment.
- Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.
- No prescribing or treatment required.
- Utilizing a Goniometer for assessments.
- Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions.
- Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
- Submission of Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion.
- Need: Ongoing PRN basis
- Certification Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible
- State License Requirements: Utah
- Provider Needed: More than 5
- Training will be provided for all Reporting/DBQs.
- Evaluations will be completed in the provider portal, with records reviewed regularly.
