  • EMR Virtual Training & Onsite Training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual and Onsite EMR training will be scheduled the morning of the provider's first day.

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology:

• Active UT License:
  • Highly Preferred
• Active BLS:
  • Required for credentialing
• Gastroenterology Fellowship:
  • Required
• Active DEA:
  • Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)
