Revere Health is seeking to recruit a Family Medicine Physician to join a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ providers located in Juab County. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating evidence-based medicine and self-governance.

Juab County, Utah. The area offers a scenic, outdoor lifestyle with access to parks, ski resorts, and lakes.

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Perform routine check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings. Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses and medical conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, to ensure holistic, patient-centered care. Engage in preventive health measures, including immunizations, lifestyle counseling, and screening tests. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; valid medical license to practice in Utah (or eligibility for licensure). Strong commitment to evidence-based care and a team-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Dedication to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
