Position Type: Seasonal/Part Time
Compensation: $12.57 with a progressive 5 year step plan
Start Date: Immediate
Shift's Needed: M-Th 1:00pm-6:00pm. Rotating Fri/Sat/Holidays

Our team is dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused-and we're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the face of our facility!
Position OverviewAs the Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You'll greet everyone with a smile, handle check-ins, answer questions, inventory and sell retail and concessions merchandise, among other important duties. Your role is key in making sure our community has a positive and seamless experience every time they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle check-ins, registrations, and memberships, using our management software
- Answer phone calls and patron questions regarding schedules, programs, and general inquiries
- Keep the front area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Assist with scheduling swim lessons, pool rentals, and event bookings
- Communicate with lifeguards, instructors, and management to relay important information
- Handle basic point-of-sale transactions and cash handling duties
- Enforce facility policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment for all guests
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment
