We are looking for an additional receptionist to join us here at Higgins West Valley. We have a great staff here and are looking for someone to help compliment our team. What we are looking for someone who is a self starter, punctual, and team oriented individual to join our team. We pride ourselves in customer service, and put that above all else.
You will be in charge of helping all of our customers from start to finish. You will be working along side our repair estimators daily.
- Greeting customers.
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling Estimates.
- Working with and helping Estimators closely.
- Taking and posting payments to repair orders.
- Following up with Insurance on Accounts Receivable.
- Customer Follow up Pre & Post repairs.
- Most importantly just being a great team member.
- English speaking.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus
- Computer skills.
- Organized
- Multitasking skills
- Phone communication skills
