• Collaborate with the Land Entitlement Manager and team to guide projects from initial site planning through final approvals.
• Assist with managing site plans, rezoning cases, and entitlement efforts.
• Support production homebuilding by preparing lot fit matrices, house sittings, and grading plans.
• Coordinate with legal consultants to handle deeds, easements, and the establishment of homeowners and condominium associations.
• Oversee site development permitting and community amenity plans.
• Attend neighborhood planning meetings, engage with industry associations, and coordinate with engineering, legal, and community management consultants.
• Prepare for HOA turnovers and represent the company at municipal meetings as needed.
• Uphold Stanley Martin s Mission, Vision, and Values.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Smart Sheets, and Adobe;
  AutoCAD experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain project documentation.
• Professional representation in internal and external interactions.
• Nice to have:
  College degree or relevant experience.
