Senior Account Recruitment Manager at PTS Advance (OSO Search Group Inc)

We are seeking an Electrical Construction Coordinator to oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders. The coordinator will ensure all electrical installations meet safety standards, project specifications, and deadlines.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily on-site electrical subcontractors' operations and field labor force, including assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and other construction personnel.
  • Assist the Construction Manager in supervising the overall construction effort, ensuring adherence to design, budget, quality, and schedule.
  • Provide technical assistance, such as interpreting drawings and recommending construction methods and equipment, to subcontractors.
  • Inspect contractor and subcontractor operations to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Review and approve trade contractor payment applications with the Project/Construction Manager.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of the Owner and Architect/Engineer.
  • Develop and maintain site coordination plans in coordination with the Construction Manager.
  • Conduct quality inspections and coordinate site testing and inspection efforts.
  • Enforce the Project Health and Safety Program.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Reports documenting weather, field conditions, manpower, progress, and incidents.
  • Participate in subcontractor and project meetings.
  • Provide training and education to support field superintendents and engineers.
  • Help set a positive tone for the project.


Requirements:

  • Broad knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment, labor, methods, codes, and standards.
  • 8+ years of electrical construction experience in industrial or commercial projects.
  • Utility and refineries experience is a plus.
  • 30 Hour OSHA Certification.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.


Travel Requirements:

  • Travel 100% of the time.
