As they continue to expand, they're looking for a results-driven Business Developer to help lead their growth efforts by identifying new client opportunities, cultivating relationships with C-level decision-makers, and effectively positioning the firm’s service offerings.

• Lead strategic outreach and relationship-building with prospective and existing clients
• Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with growth goals
• Collaborate with consulting teams to create tailored solutions
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions
• Leverage CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and provide insights to leadership

• 5+ years of experience in business development or consultative B2B sales (professional services preferred)
• Proven track record working with middle-market clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
