Front Office

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Front Office Team Member to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and smooth experience for every patient.
Your Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain patient records and update information accurately
• Coordinate with clinical team for efficient patient flow
• Assist with insurance verification and basic billing tasks
• Support other administrative duties as needed

Gateway Dentistry is open:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: Closed
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

• Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling software
• Prior dental or medical front office experience a plus (not required)
