** PART-TIME SECRETARY AT EAGLE VIEW ELEMENTARY*
* 19.5 hours per week, no benefits.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma;
• Knowledge of computers including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Publisher;
• Experience with database programs;
• Must be able to use computer spreadsheet to enter and disaggregate data;
• 50 wpm typing speed (documented by current type test, which must accompany application);
• Three years secretarial experience or training;
• Good public relations skills;
• Telephone and oral communication skills necessary;
• Must have record keeping skills.

• Meet and interact with public, students, employees in routine situations which require act, discretion, courtesy and confidentiality;
• Manage finances, including purchase orders, accounts payable, bank reconciliation;
• Correspondence, filing, purchasing card logs, employee time and attendance;
• Car requests, bus requests, work orders;
• Other duties as assigned.
