An Asset management clerk is responsible for receiving and processing vendor invoices, creating and receiving PO’s for vendor invoices and adding parts to the related work order (s). Entering work details and scanning in outside vendor repair invoices to work orders.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with mechanics/vendors to acquire the necessary information for accurate work order input.
- Collect all the necessary backup required to attach to invoices being submitted.
- Assist as needed with asset management clerical work.
- Enter Purchase Order information into D365 attaching all necessary backup.
- File, maintain, and distribute complete invoices and PO as needed.
- Managing asset folders and binders with up to date information.
- Other duties, as assigned.
