Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage multiple schedules and coordinate meetings across multiple parties and/or individuals
- Assist with good faith effort process and documentation for MWDBE participation on project pursuits
- Assist with vendor and subcontractor quotations for project pursuits
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management team
- Assist with solicitation phone calls
- General clerical duties including sorting incoming mail and filing
- Assist in company event planning, trade shows, etc.
- Creation and maintenance of electronic and physical files
Required Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- 3+ years' experience as an administrative professional
- Strong Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Blue Beam, and data base related software
- Ability to quickly learn and implement multiple software packages
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, multi-line phone, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
- Experience in construction/general contractor environment preferred
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
What We Offer: Salary: $60,000 to $90,000
