Overview
Job Location:
Zurich — this job will be 100% office based.
- Define and communicate internal policies pertaining to Human Resources.
- Manage workplace policies, procedures and practices in accordance with Swiss labour law and the latest regulations for the benefit of our employees and Huawei.
- Responsible for compliance and management policies related to Human Resources.
- Conduct personnel management including work contract preparation, onboarding process, exit process.
- Collect and analyse employee data.
- Use data to create employee profiles.
- Organise and update employee files.
- Responsible for contractors management including confirming needs with business department, conducting interviews and recruitment process, etc.
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role (5–10 years).
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Relevant training and/or certifications for HR function.
- German and English at business fluent level are mandatory;
French is an advantage.
