Join a world-renowned aerospace and defence organisation as a Manufacturing Engineer full time onsite in Glascoed, South Wales

Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to add to their talented, hardworking team in Glascoed on a 12 month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same.

Location:

Glascoed

Shifts Dayshift (Mon-Thurs)

Rate: £38.25 umbrella / inside per hour

The role

Developing and maintaining safety documentation suites in accordance with Engineering and Business requirements to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
Refine process's by reviewing SOP's, identifying a common, best practice approach in the compilation of
SOP's, implement changes and submit for review by the relevant stakeholders.
Maintain engineering documentation contained in databases and forecast periodic reviews of documentation.
Assist in the compilation and development of Business Management System policies and procedures.
Assist with Continuous Improvement projects; provide support for statistical data gathering and recording

Your skills & experience

Previous knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Understanding of Laboratory processes and procedures would be advantageous.
