Minimum Experience/Education- Represent No
Coast brands to customers, clients, and partners with a fun-loving, creative attitude while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times - Deploy company branded elements into the marketplace with creativity and consistency
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of events from planning through, attending, and follow up
- Maintain existing relationships with key accounts
- Acquire new accounts and maintain productive relationships with retailers and distributors
- Achieve targeted sales goals in the marketplace

Certifications:
Certified Beer Server Exam, IPACT Certified, RBST Certified. (Either possess the certifications/licensing or obtain within 90 days of date of hire)
- Experience in the craft beer or wine industry
- Sales experience
- Basic knowledge of beer styles, brewing process, and package options
- Knowledge of the Iowa craft beer culture, laws, and regulations
- Post-secondary degree in public relations, marketing, business, or related field
This is a fulltime position. This position has flexible days/hours and will require some evening and weekend work. The applicant will be expected to travel throughout the No
Coast distribution area in Iowa. Occasional overnight travel should be expected.
- Social Media: Provide social media content that keeps the website and social media accounts current, relevant, and on brand as it relates to the Iowa craft beer culture.
- Point of Sale (POS): Deploy all POS for promoting sales at both on- and off-premise locations; ensure Iowa distributors have the POS they need to promote No
Coast brands. - Event Coordination/Tastings: Coordinate all tasting events, promotions, parties, etc. for the brewery, on and off site, including staffing, venue, equipment, promotions, and beer supply for the Iowa market; prepare itinerary for events with on-premise manager; represent the brewery at events; provide ROI reports from beer events including sales and cost data.
- Brand Ambassador: Expand No
Coast’s strategic partnerships by maintaining current partners and developing new partners, including breweries, distributors, and retail outlets; assist with mobile canning or production tasks in the brewery as needed. - General Required Abilities: Maintain professional conduct at all times; strong interpersonal, oral and written communication; self-motivation; time management; creativity and entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work under pressure; adaptability; problem solving; independent work capability; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comply with all applicable laws.
Locations outside Iowa and additional duties may be assigned; some references to certification costs and training are included for information (I-PACT covers the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act; certifications have validity periods).
