The Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cook to join our skilled nursing team. This role includes day and evening shifts (12 PM – 8 PM) and plays an essential part in providing quality dining experiences for our residents.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and portion standards.
- Coordinate food production with scheduled meal service times.
- Follow recipes, special diet requirements, and food safety protocols.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred: 1 year of dining services experience in healthcare or a similar setting.
- Culinary school experience is a plus.
