Description:

This is a nursing leadership opportunity.
You will lead surgical excellence in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations in a trauma center.
You will supervise and develop staff while ensuring quality care for perioperative patients.
You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
You will remain competent and available to participate in patient care relevant to clinical specialty.
You will demonstrate personal and professional growth and promote the same among team members.
You must maintain awareness of applicable laws and regulations affecting patient care.
You will assist in the development of policy and procedure guidelines for safe and efficient operations.
