Supervisor - Registered Nurse

Shift: Monday–Friday | Variable: 6:30 AM–4:30 PM or 10:30 AM–9:00 PM

Lead a skilled surgical team in a high-volume OR with 16 suites handling cardiac, transplant, orthopedics, plastics, general surgery, pediatrics, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, and vascular cases. Oversee daily operations, staff development, and quality care for perioperative patients (neonates to geriatrics) in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Direct daily patient care operations within budget and quality standards.
• Provide clinical leadership, coordinating and delegating care flexibly.
• Collaborate with physicians and team for optimal outcomes.
• Stay competent in specialty care and participate as needed.
• Foster professional growth in team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws/regulations and recommend actions.
• Develop policies, guidelines, budgets, and evidence-based practices.
• Handle hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, discipline, and termination fairly.
• Maintain high productivity through instruction and problem-solving.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Experience: 1+ year as RN (Required)
