Days – 40 hours per week, some evenings and weekends based on department/agency needs. On-call responsibilities 1 week every 6 weeks.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related Human Services field OR 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities; valid driver’s license.
• Compliance Knowledge: Proven ability to ensure program delivery is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Setting Experience: Previous experience working within a Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS) setting is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
