Lease Consultants (LCC) is a small, well established commercial equipment finance company seeking to add an Equipment Finance Specialist to our in‑office team. Role Responsibilities:Equipment Finance Specialist
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the daily operations of our business, including:
- Processing lease applications and ensuring information is complete and accurate
- Preparing documentation and supporting deal flow from application through funding
- Communicating with dealers, customers, and internal team members in a timely, professional manner
- Handling moderate inbound phone volume after training, in addition to processing and documentation responsibilities
- Assisting with tasks that support underwriting, sales, accounting, and collections
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in internal systems, databases, and CRM tools
- Supporting team coverage as needed in a small office environment where flexibility matters
This position involves a great mix of independent work and collaboration. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential to success in this position.
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in an office, finance, banking, lending, insurance, account management, or customer‑facing support role is preferred, though not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Dependability and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Self‑motivated approach to work and learning; comfortable working independently
- Clear, professional communication skills (phone and written)
Strong general computer skills; experience with CRMs, databases, and Microsoft Office is a plus
