We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume contact center environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with benefits-related inquiries, enrollments, and issue resolution while delivering a high level of service and professionalism.

This is a structured, schedule-driven customer service position offering paid training and the opportunity to work remotely with a reputable organization committed to employee development, diversity, and community involvement.

• Handle inbound customer service calls and document all interactions accurately in Salesforce
• Respond to standard and complex customer inquiries via phone and email
• Research and resolve customer issues, following up as needed through outbound calls or email
• Provide clear, informed responses using appropriate reference materials
• Request and track missing or additional customer information
• Document and elevate client issues to appropriate teams for resolution
• Troubleshoot basic website and system-related issues
• Assist customers with enrollment in life and health insurance products
• Support customers with payments, payment inquiries, and claims processing
• Maintain flexibility and adherence to a structured work schedule

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Candidates must hold active insurance licenses in the following states:

• Michigan (MI)
• New York (NY)
• Massachusetts (MA)

• New Jersey (NJ)
• Maryland (MD)
• Pennsylvania (PA)
• Connecticut (CT)

Candidates must provide proof of licensing by submitting an NIPR Producer Database Report

• Prior call center experience
• Active Life and Health insurance license
• Experience with Group Universal Life, Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, or Critical Illness products
