Lease Consultants (LCC) is a small, established commercial equipment finance company looking to add a Lease Associate to our in-office team. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, self-driven, and who enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We are a close-knit office that values long-term stability, trust, and accountability. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things accurately, follows through on commitments, and enjoys growing their skills over time.
Role Responsibilities:Lease Associate
You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day flow of our business, including:
- Processing lease applications and ensuring information is complete and accurate
- Preparing documentation and supporting deal flow from application through funding
- Communicating with dealers, customers, and internal team members in a timely, professional manner
- Handling moderate phone volume after training, alongside processing and documentation work
- Assisting with tasks that support underwriting, sales, accounting, and collections
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in internal systems, databases, and CRM tools
- Supporting team coverage as needed in a small office environment where flexibility matters
This role involves a mix of independent work and collaboration. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.

- Clear, professional communication skills (phone and written)
- Strong general computer skills; experience with CRMs, databases, and Microsoft Office is a plus
Prior office, administrative, finance, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. We’re most interested in someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to grow in a stable role.
