We are looking for a motivated and dependable C-Level Service Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who is early in their career and eager to build hands-on experience while learning from seasoned professionals.
As a C-Level Technician, you'll perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, assist higher-level technicians, and gain valuable on-the-job training that will prepare you to advance within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs under supervision (e.g., inspections, fluid changes, filter replacements, part installations).
- Assist B- and A-Level Technicians with complex repairs and diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed on service orders.
- Keep tools, equipment, and the workspace clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a service, maintenance, or repair role.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions from senior technicians.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and work in varying conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
