Koenig is actively looking for qualified Ag & Turf Equipment Parts Counter Specialists at the dealership's Anna, OH location.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Greet customers, determine product or service needs, satisfy the request or offer a solution; for non-parts customers, connect them with an appropriate team member.
- Serve customers in purchasing replacement parts and supplies required to properly maintain and service agricultural and lawn & garden equipment.
- Record sales transactions and bin inventory records accurately.
- Assist clients in managing parts expenses through our parts stocking programs and handle machine down requests in an urgent manner.
- Assist in merchandising the parts display area and keep them organized.
- Be proficient in using Intelli Dealer and Parts Lookup to service customers.
- Be familiar with all parts policies, forms and documents utilized in the parts department.
- Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide applicable assistance for service and sales administration processes.
- Assist service technicians by looking up parts required to complete customer, internal or warranty repairs.
- Deliver parts and supplies to designated supply points within the service department per the branch plan.
- Process returned parts when required.
- Receive in-stock orders and daily orders and put away stock as required.
- Process pallets, envirocrates and other returns per branch plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of previous experience working in a Dealership Parts Department preferred
- Ability to work Saturdays and flexible seasonal hours as scheduled
- Strong customer relation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of parts systems, particularly computerized parts systems
- Basic technical skills to help clients select the correct parts
- Good computer skills and excellent attention to detail
- Selling skills, especially selling all parts to complete the job
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and reach all shelves in the parts department
