As a Assembler LV 5 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems with precision and attention to detail. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time to our customers.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an On-site work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success of our production goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assemble components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with production requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize department processes and workflows
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology tools and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve coordination
- Track and manage department budget and expenses
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on best practices
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements

YOU MUST HAVE- 3+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards in manufacturing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly or a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to adapt to changing production demands and processes.
