You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall production efficiency and quality of our products, contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through reliable and high-quality assemblies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
* Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve production efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE
* Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
* Proficiency in manufacturing processes, including assembly, quality control, and production efficiency.
* Knowledge of quality assurance standards and practices to ensure product reliability.
* Technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment and tools used in production lines.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.

* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve production goals.
