2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator – Urbana, OH

, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, starting rate $20.30.

You will provide a full range of manufacturing support to the 2nd Shift at our Urbana facility. Duties include but are not limited to: general machine set‑up and troubleshooting, utilizing safe operating procedures and collaborating with team members throughout the facility.

Overtime may be required depending on machine/area, volunteer opportunities and cross‑training options are available.

• Troubleshoot and adjust machine controls and components.
• Communicate with other departments to request raw materials and supplies to eliminate downtime.
• Document and explain all production data according to procedures.
• Observe machine operation to detect and correct malfunctions.
• Perform quality inspections.

Other duties may be required.

• High School Diploma or GED (required). 4+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Comprehend and apply basic reading, arithmetic, and geometry (testing required).
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as ruler, tape measure, caliper, and micrometer.
• Ability to multi‑task and work with little supervision in a team environment.
• Physical requirements – lift and manipulate parts weighing 50–100 lb in an un‑climate‑controlled environment.
• Ability to train others and willingness to cross‑train.
