Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to support production teams and molding technician(s).
- Inspect machines regularly, document unscheduled repairs, and complete assigned maintenance projects.
- Train and assist other Maintenance Technicians as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, order maintenance supplies, and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
- Follow and enforce GMP and Food Safety standards to ensure compliance.
- 2+ years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in injection molding or manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a fast‑paced production floor.
