*** Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
* Assist with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
* Collaborate with coworkers, families, and medical professionals to promote independence

** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or GED
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
* A personal vehicle that is well maintained if transporting clients
* Must successfully complete a criminal background check
*
* Preferred Experience:

*** One year working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
* Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health Care / Personal Care experience is a plus
*
* Licenses/Certifications:

*** CPR/First Aid - Provided if you are not currently certified
* Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record if transporting clients
* DODD Provider Training
* Proof of personal auto insurance
