Yoder Learning Center, West Liberty, OH
Working 1:1 with a student
7 hours/daily; 5 days/week; 188 days/year (prorated)

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 years of college or be able to pass the Para Pro exam
Valid ODE Educational Aide Permit- can apply once selected for the position
Experience working with students with autism and intensive behaviors preferred; training provided to the right individual
Satisfactory results on criminal records check
Candidate must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or be able to attend all 4 days of TCI training and pass all TCI assessments

Commensurate with experience in accordance with approved salary schedule
