Salary: $46,000 - $52,000

Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support core financial operations. This role focuses on Accounts Payable and Receivable, with additional responsibilities in Payroll and general accounting support. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Process daily invoices and match to packing slips
• Prepare sales/order reports and apply cash receipts
• Match purchase orders to vendor invoices
• Enter invoices with correct GL coding and select for payment
• Handle expense reports, ACH/wire payments, and resolve discrepancies

Payroll & General Support

• Balance and process weekly payroll via third-party service
• Track employee time off and distribute checks
• Perform filing and administrative tasks

• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
