Yard Worker

Local recycling company is looking for skilled bilingual individuals to work as an auto dismantler at their yard in Urbana plus work in the warehouse when needed.

Must have fork lift experience and working knowledge of car parts. This Auto Dismantler will work Mon-Fri 8:00 A.M.

-4:00 P.M. with possible overtime on the weekends. Pay rate is $19-20/hour.

Job duties will include:
-Remove fluids from vehicles for recycling.
-Remove parts from vehicle for recycling.
-Maintain organization in the yard and capture upgrades.
-Safely operate front end loader and forklift.
-Operate pneumatic tire machine and process used tires for resale.
-Complies with established company policies and procedures.
-Perform materials handling tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, moving products within the Yard and organizing inventory.
-Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
-Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs.
-Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
-Assume other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
