Base Pay Range

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

• Greet customers and provide assistance in the cafeteria area.
• Manage food and beverage supplies, ensuring they are stocked and displayed appropriately.
• Set up and maintain order trays for processed foods.
• Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in preparing meals and beverages in accordance with store procedures.
