Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will greet and interact with customers, process sales and loan transactions, and maintain the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers to develop a rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor, including cleaning and stocking merchandise.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Handle cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Minimum Requirements and

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Strong desire to work with customers and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform basic math calculations.
